Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy. Online Booking Made by our website is not final you have to contact us after making booking we have to confirm availability with Hotelier or transporter first only after that we can revert to you and price mentioned on our portal are subject of availability your final tour cost may very accordance with the current situations

Booking & Payment Policy

• 30% initial amount of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
• Hotel vouchers will be issued after receiving 50% Payment complete your remaining payment on arrival at first day if Not pay on First day then you have to pay Rs 1000 Extra per day.

Our Cancellations & Refund:

The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under “Special Notes.” Please carefully review the “Special Notes” of your tour prior to booking. Please know that 3D Vacations will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made prior to the arrival dates.
• Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your request e-mail to cancel the package and cancellation charges would be as follows:
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 - 10 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
• In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year period i.e. during 20th Dec to 05th Jan, the payment is non-refundable.
• Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:
  • Refund for hotel payment will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Train tickets cancellations are subject to the Railway’s policy.
  • Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines policy.
